welcome to santa cruz, ca.
This community is based on a fictional social networking site for just the residents of Santa Cruz, California. Users can share their stories and make some new friends. The idea for ~cruzers belongs to the original mods of ~ cruzio. This is just merely an extension of that previous game and we do not claim ownership to the idea. cityofsantacruz.com - beachboardwalk.com - santa cruz weatherrules & guidelines.
▪ Usernames are to be in ic format; aim sns are to be in relation to the character's name.
▪ A friends only post and examples are all that is needed to apply.
- A minimum of 1 journal & 1 thread/aim scene is needed when submitting examples. Collective journals are encouraged.
▪ After being accepted members have a 5 day period to post their intro in. If this is failed to be done they will be removed with the chance to reapply.
▪ Journal activity checks are done every 3 weeks. Even if a member is active in the sub communities it is required that a journal entry is composed at the 3 week mark since their acceptance.
- Accepted entries: typical journal/blog like entries, photo centered entries (need to have at least a paragraph's worth of commentary), narratives, personal entries (viewable only to author or selected people), threads/aim scenes (count for all person involved).
▪ Members that were removed for failing to meet their activity check are more than welcome to reapply! If you decide to reapply you will need to have an update written for him along with all the other required information.
- If you are removed several times for inactivity you will be asked to not reapply after your third strike.
▪ All major story lines need to be mod approved (ie: pregnancies, diagnosed physical or mental illness, major accidents, drug use, abuse, etc). Please be realistic when coming to us with these ideas.
▪ When asking for a hiatus please be specific on the time you will return. If we do not hear anything from you by that time your pb will go up for override.
▪ Treat others the way you'd like to be treated. we take all cases of line crossing and harassment seriously and it will result in removal. All ooc issues are to be addressed via the dropbox!
▪ Facebooks, twitters, tumblrs, etc will NOT be associated with the game at this time.
▪ Above all have fun! if you have any questions, comments, concerns, ideas, etc leave them in the dropbox and we will address them a.s.a.p :)
